Harun Farocki is Professor of Art at the Vienna Art Academy. He is the author of Nachdruck/Imprint: Texte/Writings (Lukas & Sternberg, 2001), and Speaking About Godard (New York University Press, 1998), cowritten with Kaja Silverman. His work has been featured internationally at many prestigious venues including Documenta (Kassel), Museum of Modern Art (New York), Carnegie International (Pittsburg), Kunstalle Wien (Vienna) International Center for Photography (New York), La Caixa (Barcelona), Centre Pompidou (Paris), and the Centro Cultural Belem (Lisbon).
